What you need to do
We make it as easy as possible for you! Send us your samples without obligation. We will coordinate the further procedure with you by telephone.
For the conformity test according to ISO/IEC 10373-xx we need the following from you
Samples that correspond as closely as possible in their layout and structure to the final products that will be issued later,
a detailed description of the card elements to be tested: signature strips, sensors, displays and security elements
Optically and electronically, the cards should be personalized with patterns. Ideally, you should provide us with the software of the practical application. Especially in the case of contactless card technologies, the tests can thus be carried out under real-life conditions.
For the analysis of defective cards we need from you
both the defective and new, error-free cards,
a description of the samples and defects as detailed as possible.

Please make sure that no migration can take place between samples and specimens. Pack the samples separately in aluminium foil, for example.
Our procedure
Once Fogra has received your order and samples, you will get an order confirmation containing all the details of the test period, contact person and price.
All laboratory tests are carried out according to standardized test specifications and our high quality standards. Finally, we regularly undergo audits and have our quality management system recertified. After completion of the audit, we summarize the results in a report. If deviations from standards or functional failures occur during the test, we will contact you immediately and provide you with advice.
